3 designers who worked with passion for tool design throughout their career decided to live with the same passion after retirement. RBDFGS thus took shape to disseminate tool design techniques to various discerning industries by way of teaching, designing and supplying fixtures and Gauges. With a backgound of a century of combined design experience in Bosch and having catered to stringent quality requirement in precision manufacturing for Bosch and their vendors , we are driven by the same passion to contribute to any such industries desirous of availing our support.
Working along with an able manufacturing partner in Ms. Precision techniques, (an ISO certified
company) we are geared up to provide comprehensive solutions for all production engineering
needs in the areas of Fixture and Gauges.

We design and supply a variety of Fixtures and gauges for precision manufacturing industries
such as Automotive, Aerospace, machine building, automation lines, etc.
Application areas include all metal, castings and plastic parts. Our products are validated by Third party Inspection facilities who are certified by NABL.
Periodic calibration of special gauging fixtures supplied by us is also undertaken for specific
customers.
Founded in 2021, RBDFGS was created to pursue innovative tooling projects across multiple needs of manufacturing industry. To that end, our commissions span a wide range of tooling types from a simple plain gauge to a special checking fixture to a multi-parameter measuring station. We believe that our specialization in a Centralized Tool room in a precision automotive industry bring the best innovative ideas to each solutions.

Started of as a Tool Design Service provider as a part of A-PLUS FIXTURES INDIA (PVT) LIMITED to Bosch-BidP and as a Gauge supplier to a few major Bosch
component vendors. Took up Tool design consultancy project in Bosch- JaP. Ever since, involved in designing and supplying Gauges, Fixtures, Carbide pins, etc to them.
The customer base for Gauge Design and Supply has widened by 25+, as of date.
Since June 2021, rechristened as “RBD Fixture and Gauge Solutions” with a Registered office at Kothanur,
Bangalore -560077 and an operational design and delivery office at A-Plus Fixtures India private limited,
Bommanahalli, Bangalore.
Since inception, designed and supplied Gauges & Fixtures worth ~INR 2 crore to prestigious customers.
